you shouldn’t feel bad about not going out or doing something more exciting just because you are awake.
- don’t sleep all day if you can help it! too much sleep can lead to an achey body!
- try to stretch a little if you can!
- try to engage your mind if you’re up to it.
- eat something, and try to make it count.
