a day resting is not a day wasted. 

you shouldn’t feel bad about not going out or doing something more exciting just because you are awake. 

just remember!

  • don’t sleep all day if you can help it! too much sleep can lead to an achey body!
  • try to stretch a little if you can!
  • try to engage your mind if you’re up to it. 
  • eat something, and try to make it count.
